Fix # of causal SNPs, vary heritability

Fix heritability, vary # of causal SNPs
Performances of different GRIP methods as the number of causal SNPs changes
Generally speaking, when the number of causal SNPs decreases, we would become better at GRIP.
It seems that a disease's degree of polygenicity does not affect the difficulty of GRIP as much as its heritability (which is kind of expected).
Note that the total number of SNPs in the simulation is 27059. Hence –
10 causal SNPs ≅ 0.0370%
100 causal SNPs ≅ 0.3700%
500 causal SNPs ≅ 1.8478%
