Performances of different GRIP methods as heritability changes
Generally speaking, when the heritability increases, we would become better at GRIP.
When the heritability is very high, we could attain a near-perfect prediction (AUC > 0.9) using LASSO.
When the heritability is very low, though, all the GRIP methods compared perform under par (AUC ∼ 0.6 only – worse when the number of causal SNPs is large).
